What does this legging actually do?
It shapes and holds while you wear it: high waist, firm support, second-skin knit. The effect is visual and immediate, and it stops when you take the legging off. No garment acts on the body itself, and we will never claim otherwise.
Which size should I pick?
Four sizes, S to XL, with US and French equivalents shown right in the size selector and in our size guide. The guide has the workshop’s own numbers: the garment measured flat (length, waist, hip, ankle) and a height/weight grid that tells you which size to pick. If you pick wrong, you have 14 days to return.
How long is delivery?
Preparation takes 3–5 business days, then 8–12 business days in transit — about 11 to 17 business days in total. Our leggings are made in China and ship from China; VONA is a French brand and we claim no French or European manufacturing. We would rather quote a timeline we can keep than a flattering one.
How much is shipping?
To the United States: free, no minimum, duties included — nothing is collected at your door. To France: €3.90, free from €40. To the rest of the EU: €4.90, free from €54.90. The exact amount is shown in your cart before you pay.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed when your parcel ships. It can stay inactive for 2–5 business days — that is normal handover time on international routes, not a lost parcel.
Can I return it?
Yes — 14 days from delivery, no reason needed. A return is never refused because you tried the product on. Return postage is yours, unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong thing, in which case we cover everything. Refunds land within 14 days of your request. What if it arrives faulty?
If an item is faulty or not as described, we replace it or refund you in full, return postage on us. Both are free and separate from the 14-day return right.
What is it made of?
The exact fibre content, in percentages, will appear on the product page once our maker confirms it in writing and we verify it on a sample label. We will not publish an approximate composition.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Transactions are encrypted and processed by Shopify. Your card details never touch our servers and we never see them.
A dispute?
Write to us first — nearly everything is solved directly. Failing that, EU customers may use our consumer mediator free of charge: CM2C, listed in our legal notice.
