Shipping. Free, no minimum, to the United States, France and the EU. Preparation 3–5 business days, transit 8–12 business days. Made and shipped from China — we quote the timeline we can keep. US orders: duties included, nothing collected at delivery. Tracking is emailed at dispatch and may stay inactive 2–5 business days on international handover.

Returns. 14 days from delivery, no reason needed, trying on included — a return is never refused because the product was tried. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty or we shipped wrong, in which case we pay everything. Refunds within 14 days of your request, original shipping included. Two-year legal conformity warranty on top.
