14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return your order. No reason needed, and no questions asked.
Trying the legging on never costs you that right. A return is never refused because the item was tried — that is the whole point of ordering something you cannot touch first.
To be clear about what this is: United States law sets no federal cooling-off period for online clothing orders. Retailers write their own terms. These 14 days are VONA's own commitment, published before you buy and honoured as written. Where your state gives you further rights, this policy does not limit them.
How to return
- Email contact@vonaparis.com with your order number, within 14 days of delivery.
- We reply within 3 business days with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back unworn beyond trying on, with the tags still attached, in a condition we can resell.
Who pays return postage
You pay to send an item back if you simply changed your mind. We pay everything — return postage included — if the item is faulty, not as described, or if we shipped you the wrong thing.
Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return request, including the original shipping cost. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, write to us and we replace it or refund you in full, return postage on us. This applies even after the 14 days, when the defect was there on arrival.
Lost or undelivered parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or never arrives, that is ours to sort out, not yours. Write to us and we replace or refund.
What we cannot take back
Items returned worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or without their tags. We will tell you before refusing a return, and send the item back to you if you want it.
