Shipping policy

This is the policy for customers in the United States. Les clients en France peuvent consulter la version française.

Where we ship

All 50 US states, France and the European Union. Shipping to the United States is free, with no minimum order.

How long it takes

Preparation: 3 to 5 business days.
Transit: 8 to 12 business days.

That is 11 to 17 business days from order to doorstep, and it is the window shown on every product page. Our leggings are made in China and ship from China. We quote the timeline we can actually keep rather than a shorter one that would read better.

If we cannot ship within the window we announced, we will email you, and you may cancel for a full refund — as the FTC Mail Order Rule requires.

Import duties and taxes

Import duties are included in the price. Nothing is collected from you at delivery: the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Any state sales tax due is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel is dispatched.

It can stay inactive for 2 to 5 business days while the parcel changes carriers on an international route. That is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost. If it has not moved after 7 business days, write to us.

Addresses

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Please check it — once a parcel has left, we cannot redirect it. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will change it if the order has not shipped.

Wrong, missing or damaged parcel: write to contact@vonaparis.com and we make it right — replacement or refund, return costs on us. We answer within 3 business days.
