Terms of sale
These terms of sale apply to customers in the United States. Les clients en France peuvent consulter les conditions générales de vente en français.
1. The seller
Every order placed on vonaparis.com is sold by ROVELYAN, trading as VONA, a sole proprietorship registered in France — SIREN 107 877 979 — 7 rue Neuve, 25500 Morteau, France. Email: contact@vonaparis.com, answered within 3 business days.
VONA is a French brand. Our leggings are manufactured in China and ship from China. We state this on every product page rather than leave you to find out at delivery.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian order for you. We sell to individuals for personal use, not for resale.
3. Products
We describe each product as accurately as we can, and we say explicitly when a piece of information — such as the exact fibre composition — has not yet been verified on a sample. Screen colours vary; a photograph is a good guide, not a colour match. Sizes run S to XL and the size guide gives the US, UK and FR conversion.
4. Prices
Prices for US customers are displayed in US dollars. The price shown is the price charged. Any state sales tax due is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm.
Import duties are included. Nothing further is collected from you when the parcel is delivered.
If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal in the wrong place, a currency error — we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships, rather than charge you for something we cannot honour.
5. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. The sale is concluded when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, for example if an item is out of stock or the order looks fraudulent.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the method you choose — card, Apple Pay, PayPal or Klarna. Card details are encrypted and handled by the payment provider; they never reach our servers and we never see them.
7. Delivery
Orders are prepared within 3 to 5 business days, then travel 8 to 12 business days: 11 to 17 business days in total. Shipping to the United States is free with no minimum.
If we cannot ship within that window, we will email you and you may cancel for a full refund, as the FTC Mail Order Rule requires. A parcel lost or damaged in transit is ours to resolve: we replace or refund. Full detail on the Shipping policy page.
8. Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed, trying the item on included. Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of your request, original shipping included.
These 14 days are VONA's own commitment. United States law sets no federal cooling-off period for online orders — retailers set their own terms. Where your state grants you further rights, these terms do not limit them. Full detail on the Return & refund policy page.
9. Faulty or non-conforming items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we replace it or refund you in full, return postage on us — including after the 14-day window, when the defect was present on arrival.
10. Limitation of liability
Except where the law does not permit it, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law and the courts of France have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protections, or the right to bring a claim where you live, that your own law gives you and that cannot be contracted away.

12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it.
