Track my order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Estimated delivery times
- Preparation: 3 to 5 business days from payment confirmation.
- Delivery: 8 to 12 business days from package dispatch.
This means a total estimated delivery time of 11 to 17 business days. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Our leggings are shipped from China, which explains these times: we prefer to be honest about them rather than promise you better.
How to track my package?
Open the shipping email and click on the tracking link, or enter your tracking number on the carrier's website indicated in that email.
My tracking shows nothing
It may take 2 to 5 business days for the tracking number to become active: this is the usual processing time for international shipments, and it does not mean the package is lost. Tracking can also remain frozen for several days during international transit or customs clearance.
If the tracking has not been updated for more than 10 business days, please write to us with your order number (see Contact & Details): we will open an investigation with the carrier.
If the deadline is not met
Unless otherwise specified, delivery must take place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded (Article L216-1 of the Consumer Code). If we do not deliver within the announced timeframe, you may instruct us to deliver within a reasonable additional period and, failing that, cancel the order and be fully reimbursed (Articles L216-6 and L216-7).
