Who you are buying from

vonaparis.com is operated by ROVELYAN, trading as VONA, a sole proprietorship registered in France — SIREN 107 877 979 — 7 rue Neuve, 25500 Morteau, France. Contact: contact@vonaparis.com. The site is hosted by Shopify International Limited, Dublin, Ireland. VONA is a French brand; our leggings are manufactured in China and ship from China, and we say so on every product page rather than imply otherwise.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you.

Orders, prices and errors

Prices for US customers are shown in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we send your dispatch confirmation. If a price or description is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships — we will not take your money for something we cannot honour at that price. Any sales tax due is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Import duties

Import duties on orders to the United States are included in the price you see. Nothing further is collected from you at delivery.

Delivery and risk

Orders are prepared within 3 to 5 business days, then travel 8 to 12 business days. If we cannot ship within the window we announced, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery — if a parcel is lost, damaged or never arrives, that is ours to resolve, not yours.

Returns

Our Return & refund policy forms part of these terms. It gives you 14 days from delivery to change your mind, which is VONA's own commitment rather than a legal minimum — United States law sets no federal cooling-off period for online orders.

Our content

The texts, photographs, the VONA name and the visual identity of this site belong to ROVELYAN or its licensors. You may browse and share links freely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing or reusing the content commercially requires our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to send anything unlawful.

What we promise, and what we do not

We describe our products as accurately as we can and we state clearly when a piece of information — such as the exact fibre composition — has not yet been verified. Beyond that, the site is provided as is: we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

Except where the law does not allow it, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, and the courts of France have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protections or the right to bring a claim in your home state that your own law gives you and that cannot be contracted away.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
